Lovely landlady who works hard to keep everything running smoothly. We have family in glenavy so the guest house was convenient place to stay.
Some night workers staying there disturbed my father quite a bit with loud voices during the night. The landlady tried hard to keep them quiet and had to get up during the night to quieten them. She reduced our tariff because of this.

The Ballinderry Inn offers excellent value for money, with spacious and clean rooms that provide a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location of the hotel, although not ideal for those working in the area, is perfect for tourists looking to explore the surrounding areas, including the shopping center in Antrim Sprucefield. The staff, particularly Annette, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and at home. Not to mention, the breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of choices including a full Irish breakfast that is sure to satisfy any appetite.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in the Lisburn area. the value for money was excellent - the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive - the rooms were well-equipped with everything I needed, including ample plugs for charging my devices. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient. It was close to the ferry into Belfast and also near the shopping centre in Antrim Sprucefield. Also, it was easy to access Belfast as there was a railway station nearby. this hotel was a fantastic choice with comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast.
No complaints, everything was great!

My welcome was very friendly. Room was OK.
Room was far too hot so I had to open windows to cool down - unfortunately this was alongside main road. TV very small and old fashioned.

The inn is situated in a convenient location, close to Belfast city centre and the shopping centre in Antrim Sprucefield. According to the reviews, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to provide a great service. Guests have raved about the delicious breakfast options and the warm hospitality of the host. the inn offers picturesque views, with one guest mentioning a lovely view of sheep.
The wifi connection at the inn may not be the strongest, although it was still considered decent compared to other places in Northern Ireland.

Friendly staff
All "hardware" i.e room equipment is a bit very old and very basic. One star rating justified, but never three.

Location, price and the inclusive breakfast.
The WiFi was limited to reception, the room was cold & decor faded.

This cozy inn was an ideal location for my romantic escape with my partner. The peaceful, countryside setting allowed us to unwind and relax and enjoy each other's company. The room we stayed in was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We also loved the fact that there was free Wi-Fi available throughout the property, and the parking was conveniently close to our room.
That the bathroom was quite small, which made it a bit challenging to move around when getting ready in the morning. there weren't many dining options within walking distance, so we did have to drive to a nearby town for some meals.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Lisburn area with a few friends, and I have to say it was great value for money. The prices were much cheaper compared to other options in the area, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us. The basic amenities in the rooms were all there, and the beds were really comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to bus stops and the main road to Belfast.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.
